Privacy and data storage statement and consent
This privacy statement tells you about how we use, store and share any personal data that you might give us when you contact us for support.
Our support service is confidential.
We will only share your information if you give us permission to do so during the course of your support or if required in emergency situations by applicable law.
When you contact Skills Kitchen for day care provision,
We will explicitly seek your express consent to collect personal details from you and store it securely on our database. We do this so we can stay in touch with you and keep a record on how your support is progressing.We may share anonymised information with our funders and SK&WTMF directors about the types of support & requests for support we receive. This allows us to access and apply for funds that keep the support service open.

How long we store your information.
When the support you requested has concluded, we keep your support records on our database for 2 years, at which point all of your information will be deleted. You can request your information records or ask for them to be deleted at any time.

If you are sending information to us via email, SK & WTMF cannot guarantee the safe transmission of your data. We can only protect your information as required by the Data Protection Act once we have received it.

Compliments and complaints
You can make a complaint or complement by, phone, email, letter, or in person to any member of staff.
If you need support to make a complaint, we will do all we can to do this or help you to get additional support eg advocacy.
Our complaints policy will be emailed to you when we respond to your complaint.
