Each session you will prepare, eat & share healthy home-cooked food helping you feel more independent . You'll enjoy developing your social skills and confidence in a supportive, fun environment.
Our sessions are uniquely tailored to each individuals skills, abilities & dietary requirements - many of our clients have expanded their food choices as we encourage trying new foods in our sessions .

Skills Kitchen is based at Salts Hub, in the heart of the vibrant village of Saltaire. Surrounded by peaceful green space, we have ample parking and excellent public transport links.
